1) Machine was making noise from the very beginning.2)After lodging complaint a technician came and told us a certain part needed to be replaced.The machine was in the warranty period.After repeated calls from us the part was replaced.3) But suddenly after a couple of days the display of machine was not seen,when started the machine use to stop in the middle.4)Again after repeated calls and complaint one more part of the machine was replaced.5) Still the machine was not working properly,we then asked for the replacement of a new machine a technician came to verify the condition.The parts that were changed were already used parts,we have the pictures of that.6) Now the officers at service centre have stopped receiving our calls.7)we were told that within a week our machine would be replaced but all in vein.Now we have learned that our complaint is closed without our knowledge,signature or satisfaction.And now we are told that no replacement is to be done. We have undergone a lot of mental harassment in all this process , without taking consideration our age factor,we are senior citizens. Please look in to the matter.
