Inadequate after sales service, purchased Samsung Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine

I have purchased Samsung Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine (WF700BOBKWQ/TL Serial No W0175PCD700234E) for Rs 36,600/- on 09 August 2013 and it worked perfectly for 3 years.
On 07 November 2016, when it start showing “AU” and stop working, I registered a complain Number 2143503384 with Samsung Customer Care.
Mr Dinesh (so called Samsung Engineer) inspected the machine on 09 November 2016 and told that “Main PCB” is to be replaced and once he get confirmation of its availability from head office I have to pay Rs 8,000/- for its replacement. He took Rs 400/- as visiting charge without giving any official receipt.
After one week, when I rang him, he told that the PCB is not available with Company’s Nodia/Chennai Office and suggested to purchase a new machine. I totally disagreed, and insist that “Samsung is liable to provide spare parts for atleast 10 years or provide it’s repair”. He took the PCB to get it electronically checked/repaired from Noida.
When he didn’t return back with the PCB, I complained at Customer Care on 07 December 2016. Next day he came barehanded and suspected that Front display PCB can be defective and took it with him to send it to Noida for necessary check/repair.
After two weeks, I enquired him telephonically about the PCBs, he replied that both PCBs found defective and will be replaced as and when it get available with Company and it will cost me Rs 12,000/-.
On making numerous of requests with Customer Care, Mr Dinesh gave his final decision that “All the systems i.e. Main PCB, Front PCB and Complete Wiring” will be changed and I have to pay Rs 16,000/- for the same“.
I reported the complete matter to Mr Pawan Chauhan, Customer Experience Manager, Samsung India through emails and telephonically. He decided that since, I bear a lot on trouble due to Mr Dinesh, the parts will be provided by Company free of cost. But next day Mr Dinesh told me that Samsung is asking for his resignation and plead me to withdraw my complain against him and save his job.
On humanity ground, to save his livelihood I do so. But, after that a dramatic turn has been taken by Mr Pawan and he totally refused to provide the parts unless I pay Rs 15,980/-. On his directions, Mr Dinesh returned both PCBs to me and left the washing machine opened.
I have all emails, complaints and telephonic conversation recorded with me evidencing the facts.
Now, my questions are:-
If the spares could be provided by Samsung, then for why each and every time its availability was denied?
If both PCBs found defective at Samsung Noida office, why inspection sheet have not been shown to customer for his satisfaction?
Are Sumsung using such dire (inferior) components which works only during 2-3 years warranty period of the product and then stop working all together leaving customer helpless being excessive replacement charges?
How can a customer faith on Sumsung wherein their representative misleading customer about repair cost on each conversation?
Why should I not sue Samsung and claim compensation for the abnormal delay, inconvenience, mislead, mental harassment and worst after-sales-service?
