Vodafone services High Billing and No Response

Dear All,

I'm facing lots may issues with the mobile services, their Plans and high billings charges.

I have being using Vodafone services since more then 10 years, but in last few years facing multiple problems with Plans and the billing charges.
for which I have been logged several complaints but no response from care dept. Due to which I had requested for port out my Vodafone services four month before.
With that concerns Vodafone proposed me 299 Plan in which I was manage to maintain my monthly billing of data + voice between 300-450 rupees ( which is I have been managing since past many years )
and every thing was went well during that period

After 3 months i.e. In November'16 got a call from Vodafone care saying that you can not continue further with this Plan (299) and they switch me on 199 Plan in which I could manage to maintain my monthly mobile billing
between 300- 450/-. ( Data + Voice ). but end of that billing cycle I shocked to see the bills raised by Vodafone Of Rs. 1150/-

After highlighting the said issue with care department they again proposed me 299 Plan from January'17 and ensured on the reversal of access Amount Of Rs. 590/- excluding the tax part. but out of which only 100 rupees is being Reversed till today.and Rs. 490/- is still pending for reversal ( Rs. 490 was charged for 60 MB additional data usages ). after reversal of Rs. 590 and further Taxis my actual billing amount will become Rs 350 -400 which is the average billing I have being used.

I got surprised today by hearing to care executive that 490 will not be reversed and I have to make final payment Of Rs. 1052.33 /-


I would like to express my concerns to the Vodafone higher management committee are as bellow -

1) My Monthly phone usages as same and there is no changes in monthly usages and how come the billing is being increased from Rs. 350 to 1250 ?
2) For what reason my vodfone Plane Changed from 299 to 199 when I was happy with 299 and were no complaint from my end.
3) For what basis the 199 plan was proposed to me if the billing can reach up to no limit even after my same monthly usages ?
4) Many time vodafone call back were arranged but not a single call were received form care in last 20 days.
5) How does it can be charged 490 rupees for just 60 MB data usages and other services provider are giving 1 GB data in just 99 Rupees ?
6) How come my plan could revoked to 299 again ?

And importantly if my plan would have not changed from 299 in November'16 I would have not received bill of Rs 1150/- in December'16 as my monthly usages are constant. and the same thing I was trying to convey to whole Vodafone experts team but they are not atall listing to it and going under case studies.

Finally I left with no Option and I logged Complaint with Consumer Forum. Here is the complaint docket Number for your reference - 138928

Request to kindly consider my concerns and provide justice.

Further request to pls do not discontinue my services until getting this matter satellited.
