Respected Sir,
My Vodafone number is 8806698784 (Maharashtra and Goa Circle). I had called 199 (Vodafone care) to know best offers for my number on 15 Mar 2017. Initially they told me to recharge with 348/- to get the offer of Segmented Product for L+N with Data Upto 1 GB per day for 56 days.
I was not sure about 348/- because when I checked My Vodafone App, the plan is for only 28 days.
I again called 199 (around 5:00 pm) to confirm the recharge amount and offer; they again said that the offer is applicable and you can recharge similarly for 11 months to get the said benefits.
When I recharged with 348/- I have now only received 108.90 MB and L+N calling free for 28 days.
When I again called 199 (on 16 Mar 2017) they (Shweta) are saying that you have recharged with wrong FRC, you should have used 345 (which doesn't exists when I checked My Vodafone App).
This is complete fraud to attract people to such offers and once recharged they will just make a fool of you.
