i have financed a mobile phone with bajaj finance during finance the introduced me about their an other product called CPP in which they have provided insurance for my new mobile phone and after knowing about the product i have deny about that. after 15 days of finance i got a call from bajaj finance executive and in call they give me information about my finance and again their CPP plan which i had already deny to take and in call their executive told me to say an amount of rs. 1924/- when i asked about that amount they not replied clearly about that amount and start the CPP plan for my new financed mobile and deduct the amount from 2nd of april 2020 during period of total lock down imposed by central government of India. after unlock i visit office of the bajaj finance to know about extra deduction from my account their cash counter employee informed me about that it is CPP plan deduction. when i request them to cancel this plan to me and stop deduction they said that they cant do anything and i have to contact customer care center of bajaj finance. as they said i have contact their customer care throw e-mail in which i got no reply from them after some days waiting i have send another mail to company's customer care throw mail and call both but their customer care number didn't connect any call and i again got no reply for my mail then i decided to write a letter to company and post that letter throw speed post after some days i received my letter return by post man and said that the company return my letter and didn't received. during that period i visited to bajaj finance office situated at golbazar, jabalpur many times and i meet to mr. sahil ji they told me same reply that they cant cancel that deduction from their end. in that whole process i lost my money and time both.
