Almost all the beer shop sell the Cannes and bottles 10 to 20 Rs/- over mrp. The liquor shopkeepers steal the glasses given with fine blended scotch whiskeys to consumer and confidently say that “Chori to sarkar karti hai, ham log to roji roti ke liye kaam kar rahe hain. Complaint karenge to aapko kuchh nahi milega bas hamein police waalo ko aur ghoos (bribe) khilana padega.”
