मेरे द्वारा 17 अक्टूबर 2020 को फर्स्टक्राइ शोरूम जबलपुर मैं बच्ची एवं परिवार के साथ जाकर कपड़ों की खरीदी की गई जिसमें से एक ड्रेस जो मुझे पसंद थी पर उसमें मूल्य पर्ची अथवा रेट का कोई भी टैग नहीं था जिसका मूल्य 1799 रुपए था मेरी मर्जी के बिना उसे मेरे बिल में जोड़ दिया गया जब मैंने आपत्ति की तो शोरूम के मालिक द्वारा यह कहा गया कि एक बार आप का बिल बन गया है अब कुछ नहीं किया जा सकता आपको यह प्रोडक्ट लेना पड़ेगा मेरे बार-बार मना करने के बाद उन्होंने सिर्फ कपड़े में दूसरा टैग निकाल कर लगा दिया मेरी समस्या का समाधान फर्स्टक्राइ ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट करने के बाद भी नहीं हुआ
