Through the column of your esteemed daily, I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities and common masses towards rude and rough behaviour of bus drivers and conductors towards the passengers. They lack basic etiquettes and manners.
My name is puneeth I'm traveling from kurnool to banglore in service no:ott-83 bus.. I asked him to stop for rest room he denied saying that I won't stop.. Do what ever you want complain whom ever you want. He threatened me he abused me with very bad verbal communication. Very bad experience with orange travels driver and conductor. He is not even giving respect to passenger. He threatened me with very bad words. I need an apology from him. I won't leave this matter. Date of journey:12-09-2022.name of the driver krishna
