We had booked tickets online via redbus "https://www.redbus.in" from Iffco chowk(Gurugram) to Manali on 24-05-2019. But Bus was cancelled by bus operator (Raomilan Travels). Bus service provider called me to reach out new place "Majnu ka Tila" in delhi to catch another bus. Once we reached that place there was no bus on that time (5:30pm).After 3 hours a bus came named "Laxmi Holidays" agent of this bus told me that he has not received money from "Raomilan Travels" so you have to pay again otherwise he will not allowed to get into bus.
