I've been victim of this fraud by Priority International. We became member after attending a session at their Andheri (W), Mumbai office.
They explained about the benefits including the package of 'Palace on wheels' royal train for which I was very much interested. I discussed everything about this package with them and then only I decided to become a member.
They also promised Health Club membership of Power House / Talwarkar Gym.
I paid Rs. 90, 000 to become a member for 5 years. Soon after that, I put a request to book 'Palace on wheels' package and also requested Health Club membership as there was no communication from their side except sending a member card.
Since then, I called up several times and also sent so many emails, but there's no revert from them. Several time, they told me that they've already dispatched health club vouchers, but they are not ready to share the AWB numbers!
They all are cheaters and liars. After that I visited their Andheri office twice, they again promised but didn't deliver anything yet. I asked them to cancel my membership and refund the amount as they are not providing any service to me. But, they denied.
I took membership on 5-Jul-2015. It's more than 7 months now, there is no service from them.
My membership number is PIMU978.
I request you to please help me in getting my money back.

They have take Rs.40,000/- from my HDFC - Credit Card and they are demanding for Rs.1,00,000/- at spot in one time payment. + Rs.2,15000/- remaining amount with in 3years.& Rs.45,000/- land registration + maintains + 9,000 per year AMC (Annual Maintains Charges) upto 30 years for (2 Adult + 2 Kids - below 12 yrs ) They said you take package for 30years + 120SQY+120SQY land plot in Yenkepally Village, Moinpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dist, Telangana State, India is in your name after Half Payment of Rs.1,80,000. I already launched a complaint to my HDFC Credit Card to Block Card and hold amount of Rs. 40,000/- Bank refuse no EMI available with Rs. 40,000/- I am shock but Priority Services says you can covert in to EMI's easily. I've been victim of fraud by Priority services based in Khairathabad, Hyderabad. We became member after attending a session at a start hotel in Khairtahbad, Hyderabad
They explained about the benefits including the package of providing free GYM for 5 yrs I discussed everything about this package with them and then only I decided to become a member.
They also promised Health Club membership of Power House / Talwarkar Gym.
I paid Rs. 1,08, 000 to become a member for 5 years. They promised me to return back the amount i paid if i dont have any interest.But now if i reach them they are not responding properly.

High court order to Priority International to refund money of victims by Surendra:

Dear Friends, I was cheated by Priority International Holidays Club pvt ltd at their Andheri branch 2 years back. I had paid Rs.50,000 by debit card and stopped cheque payment of remaining amount. I asked them tie up list of all properties irrespective of destination. As Priority International does not have any tie ups, they gave me evasive reply.
I along with other victims filed FIR against them at Amboli Police Station and subsequently FIRs were registered at Hadapsar police station and Chaturshringi police station, Pune, APMC police station and Kharghar police station, Navi Mumbai and Khar police station, Mumbai.
Dindoshi Sessions court has ordered Priority International Directors to deposit their money in court. Some of Their bank accounts are freezed and they are in process of depositing the money in court.
On 13th Feb 2017, Bombay High court has ordered Priority International to refund money of victims and they have agreed to refund the money.

My suggestion is if you are cheated by Priority International, lodge police complaint and police will ensure that your money is secured through court order.

Hello Sir,
Company promised the holiday package for Rs.1,05, 000 which would include
1. Hotel stay at any location in India or abroad with whom they have tie-ups and hotels 3 star or above.
2. Gym membership
3. Banquet hall at select hotels with whom Priority international has tie-ups with.
4.Interest reimbursement on the credit card swipe.
All this information is shared verbally and when asked that if the services are as expected.
I paid Rs 85000/- for 5 years.
After continually following up them, priority International till now has not returned the interest amount of Rs. 12000/-.
They have not offered hotel booking for my malaysiya tour.
Now their landline number is switched off, no reply on emails. Its clear cheating.
Please help me in this.

I took package of Rs. 65000/- from one cruise international. Initially they have committed lot of things. And, now when I tried to plan travel they are not booking any hotel and giving various reasons.. I would suggest don't go with one cruise. They are fraud.. Pass this information to everyone.. Its worst experienced ever in my life!!

There were multiple FIRs registered in Maharashtra Pune (FIR no-299/2016, 300/2016) (Economic offence wing), Mumbai (Amboli police station),New-Mumbai (APMC, Khar police station) and investigation is in progress.
