Hi Team,
I'm writing to complaint about metro-zip bus service Pune. Below are the concerns for that an urgent actions is required against them.
1. Drivers rude behaviors(All seems to be goons)
2. Delay for pickup and drops. Also, skips the stops even after waving hands at bus.
3. Driver expects passenger to let them know about their upcoming stop else they doesn't stop even at the designated stop.
I'm expecting an uregent action to be taken against Metrozip service so that it will be improved in some ways.
