My onward journey bus was cancelled and instead of sleeper they are giving me seating bus to which I denied and they said they will refund it in 7 days. which cause so much trouble to our plans.
there is no value for customers in India and filing a suit against such abuse and just returning money will not help.They should pay me double, then only they will realise and avoid such cancellations
