I have been trying for almost 35-40 days to contact them through emails / contact numbers provided on the website but not been able to get through.
I have been looking to redeem my complimentary voucher which was awarded to us on 17/01/18 for my travel from 11th Aug to 18th Aug to any of the destination mentioned in the voucher (GOA, KASHMIR, DARJEELING, JAIPUR, DUBAI, BALI) but I am unable to do so as I am not able to reach them on phone or on email as well.
Me and my wife wanted to finalize booking for a 5 years holiday package with Gallivant based on the experience of the complimentary voucher. But observing no support and no response from them is forcing us to think the other way.
