Sir,
This is to inform you that we had booked bus ticket from Solapur to Ahmedabad dated 15th Feb 2021 12 days before date of journey from Shubham travels.
We reached boarding point vinayak Humsafar travels near E square Mall an hour before. We had shown the physical copy of ticket and m - ticket both there to confirm if the bus boarding point is right. Then at 3.30 the bus came , there also we confirmed if that was the right bus.They said yes. But, from Pune same seat was booked for some other person also.
Now, in the middle of the journey the other person claims it is his seat. Driver (Krishna Vinayak travels) was saying the Shubham travels bus is only cancelled. He also said Shubham travels bus goes only till Surat. The driver also asked the passanger to get down in the middle of the journey or to pay amount to continue the journey in the same bus.
Passanger had to request and stay in the same bus to reach the destination as it was very urgent to reach at any cost. He had to sit in the door and come through out the night.
We absolutely have no clue how a travels bus routine could be so hazardous.
We didn't even receive a single call from the travels nor from the bus driver.and we had not even received any details of bus nor bus driver no. To contact before arrival. This is the M ticket I received in the night on the date of journey which too late to refer and of no use.

Yesterday I spoke to a person from Shubham travels he said Shubham travels buses are not running but still available online for booking.
This was the reason for all the mess created and the horrendous experience my cousin had to go through.
I request you to look after the compensation for the inconveniences occurred and initiate refund including service charges immediately to his account.
