I have purchased a travel package for Malaysia (1N//2D) and Singapore (3N/4D) for the month of January -2017 and this following were the inclusions
1. Malaysia (Hotel Stay at IBIS and City Tour with Airport transfer along with Malaysia VISA)
2. Singapore :
1. IBIS Hotel stay with Breakfast
2. Half Day City Tour
3. Half Day Sentosa Island Trip
4. Night Safari
5. Full day Trip to Universal Studio
6. Airport Transfer
7. VISA Fee
The above mentioned package was booked in the month of September-16 with an advanced payment of 5,000/- (Transaction ID….) through online payment, and post that the second installment of payment of amount 20,000/- ((Transaction ID….) and later on the balance payment of 55,000/- (Transaction ID….) in the month of January-2017 posts getting the VISA for both the countries. (all receipts are attached for your reference )
The vouchers issued to me for the Malaysia was ok and as per the agreed itinerary but for the Singapore itinerary the vouchers were not as per the initially agreed vouchers and out of these half day city tour was missing.
I reached Singapore on 25th night at 1.25 AM (Singapore time) and came out and saw their person was waiting to pick me up hence i told him to wait with signals as i was not supposed to go out of that area. In the mean time I did all my formalities and collected baggage and came out to find out the person has already left and post my landing of place and coming out happened within the stipulated time frame of 75 min, which by the time I came it by 2.30 AM (Singapore time) by he was there and was force to stay at airport till morning with my wife and daughter.
When i spoke to the ACD locally on the same they are saying that he was there till 2.45 AM (Singapore time) which is not true, if he has the proof that he had waited at the Airport for me for 75 min then in that case i am ready to challenge him with the CCTV footage which will give every movement of mine at Singapore Airport.
I have given a call directly to Advance Trip as well as to Travel Triangle both and also written mail to them on the same (copy attached for your reference). Assurance has been given to me by Travel Triangle that they are working on the same and will come back to me and every time they have missed the dates on the same. After doing a lot of follow-up and not getting any reply I am registering a complaint against them
As a evidence I am enclosing all the email conversations as well as copy of vouchers for the Singapore Trip as well as Malaysia Trip.
Due to their negligence I had to arrange a hotel drop from Singapore Airport early in the morning as well as half day city tour which has incur a huge loss during the trip as most of the time went in finding the things and arguing with the Advance Trip. Also this has created a lot of stress during my travel although I went to these places to enjoy and relax.
Also from the start of the purchasing the trip they have always harassed us for the payment by saying if payment is not done then we will cancel the hotel booking. I was delaying the payment as Malaysia VISA for my daughter got rejected twice and was not sure whether she will get it or not. This was a very stressful part.
The kind of stress and issues I have faced during my trip to Singapore I am claiming a claim of amount Rs. 200,000/- from them as a part of compensation so that in near future they should not do with any of the tourist travelling through them in India or outside India.
Hence it is therefore my humble request with the honorable court to do justice with me and direct the other party to pay the penalty.
