mis behaving from the toll plaza workers

Today morning at kengeri around 9.35am ON 24/6/24 toll 2 wheeler .I paid amount through google pay and asked to give bill but he is using abused language and after sometime he gave bill .i seen so many times they are always using abused language .We are not travelling free of cost we are paid for 5 min travel we need to wait 4 minutes .if u asked they will use bad languages if this continued like this we all local peoples do strike .YOU HAVE TO TAKE ACTION FOR THIS OR ELSE WE WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT
