Hi as I had booked a ticket on IRCTC through Paytm gateway payment mode on 6th Sep 2017 but the transaction was failed and the amount was deducted from my account,contacted IRCTC they told that they have refunded the amount of 1050/- But still I had not received the amount I had paid through my debit card and not through Paytm wallet kindly check or give me any other source to contact with
