I have booked ticket TP4491128373 but travels has not been stop on my boarding point and later pick up point over I call operator where is the travels so travels is far away from my boarding point. When I ask driver then driver saying I don't have the pick at my boarding point.so I raise the concern with ticket number 13439521 but redbus has not taken any action on operator rather they are saying you are not present at boarding point.but really is capture on recording present at my phone. No solution has been given after 10 days..
