I booked a ticket from Pune to Kolhapur for 24 Oct 2018, 1:45 AM from Red Bus, Travel : Mascot Travel
My bus arrived on 25th Oct, 1:45 AM, instead of 24th Oct, 1:45 AM, whereas the ticket clearly shows the aforementioned date. Red Bus customer care accept their mistake but have never showed any signs of providing refund.
