Despite spending more for comfort travel in AC local on Central line the seats are always occupied by non AC ticket holder or either by Central railway employees.
I have bought this costly ticket with an aim to travel comfortably, however, my money have been spent in waste as the seats are always occupied by non AC ticket holder.
How could railway ensure only valid ticket holders are allowed to travel and preference is given to the one who have spent hard earned money.
Appreciate if the authority could look into 5his matter with urgency. It makes no sense to buy such costly ticket and suffer like usual local trains
