GONDOLA PHASE 2 REFUND DUE TO BAD WEATHER for 7 afults

We had booked ticket for 2nd phase for gulmarg gondola ride for 6th May,2023 for 7 adult from official site https://www.jammukashmircablecar.com/ . But due to bad weather, it was not operational on that day. So,Please refund the amount into my original payment source or tell me the process if i have to do anything from my side.As per refund policy, it should get refunded within 7 to 10 days. But i did not get any refund. Even i did not get any response on mail or call. The tickets numbers:
