Dear Sir,
Hi, myself Mihir Desai from Atul, Valsad. Just let you know that my Videocon LED tv (which Purchased on 19/12/2015 with 3 year warranty from Gujarat Electronics,stadium road valsad) is not working since 25-04-2018 (from last 15 days)
complain already registered with (complain No: AHM2504180348)
Videocon service engineer first time working on it and tell that motherboard & display has been faulty. And on second visit they bring with him only motherboard after fitting new motherboard the problems are going on and on. display not working some black print coming out with green lines on display. After that the person is taking with him the new motherboard which he fitted in tv and telling that when display panel and motherboard both coming together then he coming and fitting both again.
yesterday when i called them, they are told me that both motherboard and display panel taking another 15 days to reach to valsad videocon service center. and after receiving the both items at videocon service center they are coming and fitting in tv.
already 15 days are going and they are told that another 15 days taking for the same. means total approx 1 month taking to resolve this problem.
it's vacation time running now.what can i do without tv on vacation time???
Also, they are not taking any responsibility (i.e. the dealer GUJARAT ELECTRONICS,VALSAD-9712963113/02632-255113 or Mr. Chandrakant Patel -9925200184 from Videocon service center incharge,valsad or
Mr. Nimish Area Service Incharge- 9662531629) and they are denied to replace the new TV against this faulty TV which is still going under 3 years warranty period.
