Dear sir/madam ,
I have purchased LG 32" smart LED TV dated 05.11.2023 from super electronics , andheri east ,mumbai ,maharastra , india
TV details are as follow

Payment details - BNR2316640 UPI

TV have 3years warranty + 2 years extended warranty as per attached bill & waarnty details
On 10th october 2024 TV display stop working. 1year is not over and display is off. only sound is coming now.
on 10th october 2024 i have given email to super electronics store and LG company but no response to replace.
on 11th i have given a call to super electronics Mr. ratnakarbut he said TV will not replaced and i am giving you technician number . call him and manage your self but when i purchased TV he told we will support
again 11th i have given call from my register number 8268272509 to customer care number 08037466210.this call is recorded in LG system .customer care person told TV will replaced of same model if super electronics wll support
i donot under stand i purchase brand new LG TV but when TV display not working super electronics store person is recommending repair it with techanician.
my question this LG TV which is new when i purchased is suppose to be factory type tested then why its fail before 1 year and if electrician is going repair then who will take gaurantee?
if company / super electronics will not return my money i will take this matter to consumer court.
i donot want LG TV now onward
request you to consider this matter serious if not i will send leagal notice to super electronics store with company
