Before Purchasing this model i had conform to kohinoor sales executive its warranty is 3 year and he told and conform this product warranty is 3 year, that a reason i had purchase.
ince last two day my Tv set is not working fine, showing In Black shadow in screen left and right side. recently i have log complaint in Toshiba customer care service (dated- 10.4.2017 complaint no-TIPLSR410007055), customer care also conform in warranty of this product is 3 year.
Dated-11.04.2017 your service engineer call me(8879998237) in this no and told me your tv is not in warranty period, you have pay visiting charges. i am disagree for this, i am say that i have proof of warranty card but he not agree.
i am mail to concern dept but they told same.

I am sorry in writing this email in this manner, but the people in your customer care department have behaved in such a manner that my old age parents are suffering since 10 days. I have purchased videocon LED on 17th March, 2017 for 32,500 rupees. We have faced a issue 10 days ago and my mother have lodged a complaint to which the lady on the other side said "we have registered your complaint, should we mention the number from which you are calling?" to which my mother said yes. Then she said "the engineer will visit you in 24-48hrs". Later after waiting for 72hrs my mother have called again to which they said "the complaint have been closed". My mother asked them who have asked you to close it as the TV is not fixed yet and nobody have visited our house". She again said "we are registering your complaint, should we mention the number from which you are calling?". My mother said "OK but send the engineer asap as the TV is not working since 3-4 days" to which she replied "the engineer would visit you in 24-48 hrs". Today after waiting for another 3-4 days my mother have called them and this is the third time. They replied "the number which was mentioned was wrong and the complaint was closed again". My mother told them the whole conversation then my mother asked them to connect it with the senior then I came into the conversation and spoke to the senior. I have explained her the whole scenario and she started shouting and ordered me "JITNA PUCHA JA RAHA HAI UTNA HI BOLO" I didn't know that this is the way they speak to their customers. We are using VIDEOCON products since 27 years. But the way they have treated my old age parents this time is not acceptable at all. I want to lodge a legal complaint against the company.
