Service Complaint against Onida TV not working and broken parts

I am reaching out to you because of I didn't receive resolution of my complaints ( no: 16091606380486, registered on 24th Sep 2016) from customer care nor from Service Center. This is in regard to the Onida 50" TV Model : LE050FC. I bought this TV on 28th Feb 2016 and it is still under warranty period. There are two issues. 1st Issue: My TV is out of order. I was told by ONIDA service person that they need to change the motherboard. He will bring the parts and fix it. But when, he doesn't know. I called ONIDA customer care many times but they have no clue.All they say is they have referred it to service center. I spoke to Amal and biswanath from service center, but they said they don't have parts and they will order it from head office and it will take time. They can't tell me when it will be done.It may take 10-20 days or even months. He asked me to call next day to confirm the time. When I called next day, he didn't answer my calls. I called ONDIA customer care again and reported the whole incident and requested to speak to higher authority from Onida company. Raman (customer care rep) promised me that someone in charge of concerned department will call me with in 1 hr. But no one called me.I have been trying to contact service center and customer care but I get the same response. They will let me know when they get the parts. 2nd Issue: When we purchased the TV, after lot of follow ups and calls finally someone( Ithink Biswanath) came to install it at our place, when he opened the box we found that stand of the TV was broken. He reported immediately to Onida. He took pictures of that and said he will come and replace the broken stand by next week. It's more than 7 months since we purchased our TV but he never came back to replace. When ever I asked him, he just said, they have not received the parts yet. As soon as it will come he will replace it. But that day never came. They have been doing this and when their TV is out of order they are saying same story.First of all this whole process is violation of consumer rights since TV is still under warranty.It's their responsibilities to either fix, replace of refund. Second, being a patient customer of Onida we have given you ample time and opportunity to resolve our issues. But, now things have gone beyond reasonable expectation of service. I also emailed head office, approached company through facebook. but got no response what so ever from higher authority of the company.My grievances are as follows: I want replacement of my TV or else TV to be fixed with 2 days and new TV stand provided. Otherwise, I want full refund of Rs 35000. This is my last resort. Request you to kindly register my complaint under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986 and help me to get some justice

    Hello onida
    I have purchased Onida front door washing machine. I have facsing some problem. I purchased on 11-03-2016.
    I have warranty up to 11-03-2018. I complained to customer care on 28nd of July. But till now there is no response.
    Customer care representative daily giving me some reason to avoid me. Should i go to consumer care court for this.

    I bought a onida TV in that month January but the TV remote is not working for the past one week . And the complaint no is 1708H276380374.And my contact no is 9840123652. So please take some necessary action and the technician who came to see our remote they are not responding properly .
