LG LED TV 32LH576D not weorking, TV not worked for even 2 years from the date of purchase.

I made complaint for my LED TV not working on Saturday 21 July 2018 in the evening, LG Service engineer ( Mobile Number 9870254226 ) visited our home in the evening & confirmed TV PANEL is not working. Replacement would cost me 15000 RS + 1000 RS = 16000 Rupees.
I immediately registered the complaint on LG Service Website on the same day. As a loyal customer, I ( Includes other Customers also ) expect any LG product must work at least of 7 to 8 years without any fault & inconvenience to the customer who has paid high enough to purchase the product , I strongly wrote to LG that I am not satisfied with performance of the product and asked them to repair the LED TV free of cost or give replacement. LG service received my complaint on the same day at 9:00 PM & wrote me to contact on serviceindia@lge.com for further assistance.
Till 26 July 2018 service team not solved the problem & Service team continuously refused my requirement of free of cost repair or replacement.
Therefore on 26 July 2018 at 11:55 AM I sent mail for repair or replacement of product. LG service replied on the same day at 6:04 PM & ask me to contact to Area Service Manager Mr. Swapnadeep Singh ( Mobile No 9930362572 ).
On 27 July 2018 the Service Engineer Mr Suraj ( Mobile No 8108844265 ) Called me & told the product warranty expired & I have to pay the cost of Panel. I had taken the matter with Jyoti Electronics Kalyan, Maharashtra from where I purchased the product , From them I got confirmation that product is under extended warranty.
After continuous follow up with Kalyan Service Team & resubmission of complaint they sent another engineer Mr Ravindra Chuhan ( Mobile No 9022697308 ).The engineer opened the TV , checked with Multimeter, then concluded that PANEL is OK & MOTHER BOARD is not working , the replacement would costs me 8500 Rupees.
Still I don't know whether this conclusion is 100 % right.
Can any Senior & Responsible concern of LG team able to conclude what has happened to my TV.
If yes, then WHEN ?
What I have observed in last 1 week LG Seniors are not involved fully in the subject , also they are dependent upon their service partners who are not competent enough to identify & rectify the fault.
I am wondering if LG may have replaced the PANEL of cost 15000 Rs according to the opinion of their first visited engineer, then who might have taken the responsibility of 15000 Rs spent when not required to do so.

I feel the Service team don't have any interest to repair the TV , Therefore serious action is require from LG Top Management. It is require to review the accountability & performance of LG Service partners by the Top Management immediately.
LG customer care is doing a postman’s job , They are only passing ( ??? ) the information here & there. No concrete action is taken till date to resolve the problem.
