I have installed broadband service from local company i.e.: Diamond Fibre, since 2nd march thir service has been pathetic and their response to customer is worst , understanding the covid situation ample time and patience was provided to the company, still the issue wasn't fixed and the company now is keeping the customer in hanging for refund . I have the receipt as well
