Ola is not refunding additional amount charged to me

I Travelled from Mumbai to Pune on 1/22 & was charged double due to technical issue as bill amount was incorrect. Filed a complaint on 23 Jan 2022, complaint no 303373955, where we were told i will get the refund of ₹1697/- in 8 -10 working days. I have already provided bank account details which ola had requested. On same complaint I got updates on 30 Jan that they had forwarded NEFT Bank transfer details to relevant team and they closed that complaint. As of now I haven't received refund into my bank account. I tried raising multiple complaints with ola but didn't receive any updates.
