Ola Cabs : Charged twice via UPI and Cash

I took a ride on 20th December'2020 where i made payment via my UPI id.
The amount was deducted from my account and i had received a message from ola that the amount will be credited to the account but a cash payment has to be made to the driver.
I made a cash payment of INR 169 but has not yet received the amount in my account.
I had raised the complaint request where i made may followups regarding the this and sent all the bank statements.
I was assured that the amount will be credited to my account in 7-10 days but now it has now been more than months now and i havent received any refund yet.
