Wrong Billed Charged, I was having Tata photon [9212767877]

I was having Tata photon [9212767877]. I had deactivated the Tata photon [9212767877] on 19th March 2018 via email (listen@tatadocomo.com) to customer care.
On 8th April was my due date so I cleared all my bill till 19th March 2018.
And I had a conversation with customer care that I have already disconnected this number on 19th March and I have cleared all my dues till 19th March. If further I receive any bill I will not pay. But After one month I got one more bill (20/03/18 to 19/04/18). Attaching all mails send by me to customer care for disconnection. Now Every day I am getting calls and emails from Tata DoCoMo to clear outstanding and every day I am explaining when I have already disconnected and I haven’t used the data card for entire month (there is no single usage in April 18 bill) then why should customer pay and when he/she already disconnected the service. If this is the case that you people will harass your ex loyal customers (who were paying bills on time from last 3 to 4 years without any delay). I request once again to settle this amount or waive of this. And send me the full and final settlement email.can't attach pdf file as a send from yahoo mail.
