My name is sankar dutta I have ordered Sony MDR ex 150 headphone
Order ID: OD607234355976752000 cost about 599 on 3 Oct 2016 .I received the product on 15 oct. Then headphone was duplicate so I launch refund against this product on same day 15 Oct.with out showing any reason my refund request cancel.so I relaunch refund request but same like myprevious request new request was canceled. I have spoke atleast 25 times with customer care.every recording of these conversation i kept .they said same keep patience.flipkart mentally harassing me since 20,Oct I am too tried. Even I contact their Facebook team they do even reply I mail to their support team they not help .I am totally sick they way flipkart tortured me since 15 Oct.please sir help me from this rubbish site and do needful steps against my complain. Plseae help me
