Not getting back my money against cancelled order

I had done a purchase from Snapdeal online portal on 06.11.16 (Order id 16587580808)by making a payment of Rs.311/- through netbanking. I received a message from Snapdeal on 10.11.16 that the order has been cancelled and the refund has been made to my account. But till date I have not received any refund.
Again on 10.11.16 , I made another purchase in Snapdeal (order id 16649589014) of Rs.301/- through same netbanking, but cancelled the order immediately as items selected wrongly. In similar way Snapdeal informed me that the refund has been made to my bank account, but till today I have not received any refund.
I called the helpline number of Snapdeal many times, but they donot resolve my case. They only assure that I will get a call from their end within 24 hrs, but no such call comes. They keep my phone in hold for long duration and then just disconnect the call. I have already wasted lot of money in my phone call.
I have forwarded my bank statement twice to snapdeal as a proof of non-receipt of payment, but all are in vain.
I request an immediate action to get my money back along with compensation for unnecessarily mental harassment.
I can submit copies of mail transaction with snapdeal and my bank statement as on date as a proof.
