I have bought lenovo ideapad 100 80rk002dih laptop from amazon.com,
on the date of purchase price mentioned on site was Rs 27866/-
and laptop pic was beautiful shown there. I got the message of dispatching within 24 hours of order placed,
on 21st april i have received Laptop,
it was slightly scrached and laptop desig was different. as well as price mentioned on box was 26390/-.
i have requested replacement, as well as called amazon people to sent me same product mentioned on website and same price product, as i got 17% discount on 27866/- it was 22999/-.
after replacement i have received same kind of product. and same price tag.
only the model number is same , everything is different.
this product is bought on emi of hdfc, so intrest is applicable.
now after complaining several times amazon peoples are not ready to compansate me. as they know very well this product is bought on emi they are ready to take product back and refund for the same,
who will bear the intrest,
and why they mentioned wrong pictures and wrong price, after seeing pictures i have changed my decision to buy lenovo laptop, otherwise i was going to buy HP laptop. and how amazon and seller cloudtail can sell product on more then MRP,
if they are showing more MRP and offering discount on that , this is fraud.
now i am expecting difference of 27866 - 26390 = 1476/- and misrepresentation of picture =2000/- and loss due to inconvience.
i wont ask refund because its on emi, if amazon peoples ready to refund with intrest then i am ready to accept it + cost of inconvience due to misrepresentation and wrong information. and negligance of request
