Hi, I took internet Connection at my Home before 3 months. I pay Rs.4816 for connection on date 11/07/2016. That time he told me that they will give me connection after 10-14 days. My Account number is 1446057. But I got connection after 40 days. In between many times I contact them but they are give me same answer that you get it 2 days. After when I got connection i use it 10 Days. After that connection was lost. I complain to office that my connection was lost, help me or repair it. They told me our technical person contact you in 2 days. But no body contact me. After 2 days again I complain them still nobody came. they again told that today evening our person will be their and solve your problem. Same process done till 7 days. But no one contact me. Than after one day person came and solve it. So that day is running. But 2nd day morning i check connection its lost. So i again complaint. And they always give me same answer that our person contact you. But no one contact me. Than after i gone to office and they are solve my problem for one day. 2nd day same problem of connection was became. In day i was call to my relation ship manager 20-25 times. but no one receive. I am very frustrated with this company's service. So please be helpful. Thanks
