I want to file the complaint against the tata docomo broadband services . I got the connection installed in HUM SUB apartment sector 4 delhi .
Sales representative named saurabh took money from me in cash on 23 and on 24 router was installed . Till 30 Aug. it worked fine and then it stopped working . I tried calling the sales representative and filed complaint the i am not able to access internet , but uptill now i have not received any response from their end. They are asking me for the receipt of payment , my point is if i had not made any payment had they installed the broadband connection in my house ?
I have been complaining from past 5 days but no resolution is done . I told then that i will make payment for the number of days i have used the internet , but please disconnect it . They are not even doing it . Please help me here i really need someone to strictly ask them to stop doing such practices as this is total harassment of the end user . Complaint no is 600231213
