I transferred Rs. 5000/- to Paytm account from my Janta Sahkari Bank on 07/12/2016. The amount got deducted from my Bank account but did not get credited in Paytm account. I immediately informed my bank and Paytm helpline number. My bank confirmed that the transaction is complete from their end. I registered my complaint with Paytm. They assured that amount will be reversed in 2 days. It has been 20 days now. I have not received my money back.I have written to Paytm couple of time but there is no positive response. For every email there is a standard response that amount will be credited in 2 days.
