After making payment my hathway internet account is deactivated

Today on 5th November 2016 8.14am when i tried connecting internet it is not working & on calling customer care i got the reply that it is deactivated because of non payment of charges.
I have already sent hathway billing desk mail with screen shot of my bank account stating payment done to hathway, but hathway claim that it is not reflecting in my hathway account.
This is totally unjustise to me, afyer making paayment if it is not reflecting in their account it is not my fault; also i have given the proof of bank statement.
Hence i request to take necessary action on hathway mumbai borivali & get my money back so i can close this account.
