Prime communication - Mobile connections gets disconnected without prior intimation

I had postpaid connection of Idea, No. is 9860465976, which i thought to convert it to Prepaid due to better schemes. for this I have faced following problems,
1) Only 5 application per day will be taken for converting from Postpaid to Prepaid at each IDea gallery location: I got above statement from Prime Communication Idea Gallery at Chanadan Nagar, Pune. This was very ridiculous because if somebody is taking Idea connection from other network they can take no of connection daily but they are not offering in network service.
2) Your number will be deactivated for 3 Days: When I managed to submit my application to another day, they done preliminary verification on two consecutive days, after that my Postpaid connection was disconnected permanently after that when i inserted Prepaid sim i didnt show netweok for next 3 hour. after continuous communication I got to know very danger answer that is "Your number will be disconnected for 3 days after your prepaid sim will start". My question is
i) Why they need so much time? Other network operator does not need so much time,
ii) Why they are taking extra payment for next 7 days
iii) They didn't intimate to consumer for this
iv) In era of digital life, my many bank operations and office software are connected with my cell number, on which I use to receive OTP, without that I could not work. Who will bear this loss and mental harassment?
iv) They can start new prepaid sim in 2-3 hours, then why they are not stating my connection?
I really hope that I can get fair and positive response on this.
