Disconnection of service while traveling and poor service

I am a customer of Idea Cellular Serivce.
My No. Is 9821539376
On 25th June 2019 at around 12noon my service was disconnectd by Idea claiming theres an outstanding amount of Rs.1136.45. This amount due date is on 27th June 2019.
I had Paid Rs.508 using my IDBI Bank Debit card on 09th June 2019 through Idea online paymnet Service.
My work(Biomedical Engineering Service/Sering of critical Medical Equipments In Hospitals and last 15days I am in Kerala) requires frequent traveling. On 26th I had visited Idea Customer care Center at Tellicherry, Kannur District, Kerala and informed them about the problem. They restored My Network and today on 27th June 2019 Morning it was disconnected again.They asked me for the proof for Rs.508 Payment, My IDBI bank is at Mulund Mumbai and it will be made available once i am back in mumbai.
I use to get several calls claiming to be from Idea call centers asking me to take another additional no. This is inspite of several requests saying< i am not intrested in additional no. This disconnection happened after the last call from Idea asking me to take another no, which I am not intrested.
I stay in Mulund West,Mumbai
the network is poor.
Same in many places in Kerala.
Since I dont have access to my mobile network, I cannot call the Idea customer care.
Kindly investigate this matter with utmost urgency.
Idea shouldt do this to anyone, who is their customer. They know that I am traveling.
