On 14th month of August, I placed an order in nifty options trading. I bouught 1500 shares in 8.4rs per share and couldn't sold out 11.60rs due to system failure... System showed us to "place order rejected"... I have reported that complaint Axis Direct customercare...But Customer representative told us to will not provide compensation...
Please help me... I have a recording that Axis Direct is Accepting that On 14th Aug Probleming in system..
