Complaint Date : August 9, 2018
This company has asked me to pay for its services in Stock Market. Representatives continuously called me for several days until I made a payment.
Later on, upon making a payment, representatives suddenly stopped calling me. Then it was my turn to call them, unfortunately, representative suddenly getting busy in meetings. She remain online on Whats App though! I've asked for refund several times but no response.
But fortunately, I have all call recordings that I preserved to deliver to the court through one of my relative in a police department. Complaint process is underway but here I am registering a complaint because I want to request Consumer Court to take punitive actions against this firm and send them all behind the bars and collect all the money these odd people have snatched from people's pocket. I can deliver recordings and documents needed to proceed with complaint.

Flipkart did fraud with me regarding this phone... from 2nd day the phone had a problem of going on call hold automatically Nd then it used to get connected to other person without me doing anything And whenever I used to talk I couldnt hear another person properly... I contacted Flipkart for the replacement on the fourth day only and then they sent a technician for that who told me it&just a software problem Nd that after updating it would be ok...but then again I started facing same problem in a day... i again complained Nd my phone was in replacement warranty only... now this time the technician came after 4 days of my complaint ...he came on 6th Nd my warranty ended on 5th nov inspite of me complaining on 2 Nd only...and he told me that we have told Flipkart to get the phone replaced..And when I contacted Flipkart after two days enquiring about the replacement... they said that according to the technician the problem has been done... And after that it’s been more than 15 days I have been calling them.... The managers there talk very rudely and say that your phone is not under warranty now... We can’t get it replaced.... They tell me to go to service centre and there they are saying to change the hardware so I told them why should I change my hardware when I am facing problem from starting only... They told me that I don’t have any other option.. I am attaching the proof of my complaint and how same technician has visited twice

I got call from +917290844434 as a shinecom they said pay 10 rupees and register and sent me this link for payment wwwshinejobsupportscom and they took 1500 from my account please register complain for fraud happen to me.
