On 22nd November 2019, I transferred 1999 to Debarti mukherejee on GPay with phone number 8582939291, to purchase the saree they had posted on their Instagram account. I am posting supporting images with the complaint. They were very persistent on me paying but immediately after we paid the same day they replied to me saying that they can't deliver the product to me since there is some quality issue and when I asked for the refund they are asking me to buy something else. When I clearly told them I want my refund they ghosted on me and won't answer any of my messages on either WhatsApp or Instagram. The number which they shared also bars incoming calls so there is no way I can contact them. I kindly request you to look into this fraud account.
