Sub:- Received Defected Clutch (without bill) from Rumi Biswas when complain she is saying its a miner defect as a customer you can bare this. also got this product without the bill when i asked that i did not got bill with my courier she said you have to pay 18% GST for bill
this is to bring your kind notice towards selling products on social media through advertisement on facebook and instagram. i was planning to buy few clutches for my self so saw some advertisement on facebook. so i massaged this girl called Rumi Biswas. i had massaged her on whatsapp. she shared me the links of the related productes on (28th may19). after 2 days i have massaged her again on (30th May19) with the selected pieces to asked the price. she has given me the price list and also shared her account no of SBI bank ans said that if you do the payment than share the screenshot also with her.
After someday i have contacted her again on (10th june19) i have made the paymnet of 1190/- in her account and the details are

On (11th June19) she confirmed me that she has received the payment and will be courier my products same day. and on (13th June19) i have received the courier but when i opened the box from there the problem is started. i saw the defects on one of the clutch. so then and there i have clicked few pics and made a video tp show it to rumi through whatsapp. and i did the same.
i called her and she said yes it has a defect you can courier it back to me and once i will received this defected once i will send you the another piece of the same design. but you have to pay the courier charges. still i got agree but this lady charged the shipping charges from me.
The next day on (14th june19) i have massaged her that tell me address and where i need to courier it back the defected clutch. and i have told her that i have not have received the Bill with my courier then she said for bill you have to pay the 18% GST extra. then i have told her that you should have told me before its your duty. because everytime i do online shopping i always gets my bill with that include GST in it.
then i called her after so many times i have called her than she respond and deny that its not her responsibility that i have received the defected clutch its a team who courier that products to customer. and also she said that my company owner is saying that as a customer you can bare this much defects as it just a miner one. i said that i do not know any company or any of your boss i had made the payment to you. for me you are the responsible person to me. and she is denying it bluntly and said i have asked my boss we cannot do anything for you.
i have asked for company name and her boss name as well but she has not told me that. and cut my phone by saying that i cannot do anything for you and i cannot even talk to you whole day i have a lot of things to do and was very rude to me.and also told that we daily courier almost 100 t0 150 clutch to customer only you have a problem.
Kindly look into the matter sir as these people are cheating the customer as well as the govt also by not paying gst and sale tax.
