I have Purchased "Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32GB)" Mobile From joyshopee.com ,they have already taken Full payment from my bank account Through payUBizz Payment getway.
After payment Website is not work,
Mobile number is Switch off,
Email not Work ,
I attach my Transaction And order ID details

I had ordered a mobile on Joyshopee. com by making online payment on 16/05/2016. Till now I haven't received product. Sellers customer care email I'd is fake and mobile is switched off. Here is their mobile number +91-7840031560. Please help me to claim refund.

I had ordered a mobile with order id 901002939 on 18/05/2016. Seller mobile is switched off and mail I'd is fake. Not able to contact him to claim refund. Payment gateway is payubizz .Here is the contact number of seller 7840031560. I have also attached my order details which I got in my mail I'd after purchase. Please aassist me to get the refund.
