Since not any seriousness for customer after 24 hrs not getting any positive feedback from your side its clearly reflect nobody person in your team for customer satisfaction its now very guilty fill why purchasing product from Reliance its showing very laziness for customer,
Once time u standing from my side after than you got my problems ,
After 30 days waiting I m not able more passion with this product today any how response without any convenes I want now only refund that's it .
Till time your staff Mrs. Seema behavior was very rudely behavior firstly I suggest proper given train your staff after than pitch with customer.

Attached herewith also one video for your acknowledgement when your engineer visited and dismantle (its out door unit and indoor unit connection pipe its 6 days in same position in my home luckily not any harmful accident in my home its my home not your practice and R&D team (Your technical team is not strong as a knowledge)

Hi, I have purchased a Panasonic 1.5 ton split AC in on faith that I would get a world class service as they generally promise. But I found it totally wrong. Within 30 days the compressor failure and after 3 days the engineer visited and told us that it would be taken the next day and would be replaced within 1/2 days. But the next day they didn't came and when we tried to call them, they simply denied that they can't come today and can't tell us the exact date when they are going to take the failure compressor, worst experience from Reliance digital.
When first time engineer visited after then 3 days senior engineer visited his checking by all piping (with nitrogen gas) after one hour not resolve issues. after then your engineer all dismantle piping and out door unit and indoor unit as it is left without proper closure its seen be not any person safety for us in between time if any accident whose responsible this matter three days in same condition product in my house . in between time one shocking any single follow up from your Reliance Team till time each and every time .
I demanding for replacement since first day but your person convince for repairing after then 4 time chance but did not resolve my problem now I want only refund .
You may imaging 25 days struggling this brand new AC product
In between time very bad experience from your Reliance Digital (GSRTC BUS DEPOT RANIP AHMEDBAD)

15 March 2017 - Purchase new AC + got AMC
16 March 2017 - Installation Done .
15 April 2017 - Register complaint on 079 2526852 and engineer attend visited after so many reminders.
15 April 2017 to till time not resolve complaints .
26 April 2017 - My complaint closed without solution.
27 April 2017 - Again same problem in product

Now God knows when we are going to get the AC running in too much hot climate out here. Hence it is suggested please think twice before purchasing Panaonic AC's or may be the other equipments also, because ultimately the Service would be from the "Panasonic " altogether.
