on 23rd Nov-2016 i gave i WOODLAND -WINTER JACKET for Dry cleaning purpose to above said service center which is situated at L wing Empire Estate-Chinchwad,pune ph-020-64100201,
when i got the Jacket on 27.11.2016 the plastic heavy and wealthy button of jacket was broken and only the less(thread) was present there,
when i asked to shop keeper person about this he replied that it happens always in the dryer Machine so we cant do any thing right now regarding this, when i asked him about the key person or owner of the De-luxe but he told he couldn't.
he also said that if i got it(BOTTON) in factory i will call you back but i he never replied about that nor gave the Mobile no of Mr.Thaker(the owner of shop) i 3/4 times inquired towards him but yet he not responding me
