My new phone was stolen from me on 13th June. I registered a claim with SYSKA Gadget secure on 14th June (Claim number 1606141456) and forwarded copies of all support documents. The so called approval for the claim came on 19th July. They promised to pay the money between 90-120 days of receiving original docs. As of today, it is 136 days and still they are writing to me stating that it will take 4 more weeks. What do i do?
