Customer cheating after taking gtpl broadband

Hello Sir/Mam,
I am using GTPL connection from some time, the connection is not working regularly from last few weeks. I have raised couple of complaints to their customer center, they just close the service ticket without providing resolution. I have paid advance rental of 6 months to them and got cheated with this company without resolution. In this severe pandemic situation as children schooling and our official work are completely online, but without internet we are unable to do any work.
I request to have this issue treated with customer cheating case and refund my entire amount so that I can opt with some other service provider.
