My consignment note no B991Q4169705 was returned without calling me. when I checked the status I come to know this. From that time(13 Oct 16 till today 14 Oct 16) I have called the company's costumer number 01139444444 more than forty times but there is no response.The computer based call picking spoiled even my call charges. After selecting the option I waited every time for more than one and half minutes till the call automatically ended.I request this my complaint should reach NSDL who sent my PAN CARD through the First Flight Couriers Limited So that NSDL can Stop taking services of such an irresponsible company.
