I submitted my tab on -19th april 2023 for manufacturing default. Xiaomi's policy is to provide device in 10days in repair they called me after 20days that come and collect it. They damaged my product it was in terrible condition. When i rejected to receive that pad they said we will call company and see if something can happen about it. Till date 5th june 2023 nothing is resolved still they are saying we are trying to really matter in upcoming 10days still trying not confirming it
